As a result, Premier Delivery provides for a reliable and fast delivery of your messages (results will be similar to sending and receiving a text message from one person’s cell phone to another). Messages will appear in the person's text message inbox from the short code (phone number) of this service. Premier Delivery is currently NOT supported in Canada.

Please note that this method of delivery is NOT supported by the mobile carriers and therefore is not as reliable as Premier Delivery. Furthermore, we do not receive any verification on the status of whether or not your messages have been successfully delivered. Should your messages be time-sensitive or be of an urgent nature we strongly advise that you NOT use Budget Bulk Delivery as your method of message delivery.
